Quality and Tradition

Cioli USA offers meat products and services since 1917. We produce Porchetta, Fresh Sausages and Salami products following our Italian family tradition. What makes us different is our impeccable quality and excellent customer service. Since 2012, we established a company in Union, New Jersey and we bring our centenary experience and excellence in Italian meat specialties.

PORCHETTA AND MORE

Our company specializes in Porchetta production. We choose the best meats and ingredients (salt, black pepper, rosemary garlic) to provide the best quality. The result is an all natural, gluten free product cooked and ready for your meal.  

 

We also bring the tradition of our home town Ariccia (Rome, IT) for the production of guanciale, fresh sausages and  other products. Scroll down to find out our specialty products and dishes!

WHOLE PORCHETTA

TRONCHETTO

3 - 18 lbs

Roasted Pork. Comes both raw and cooked. Can be vacuum sealed (shelf life 90- 100 days).
